Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, this Franciacorta Brut is the first organic Franciacorta from Villa Crespia Winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, refinement and maturation take place in steel too on the lees for 7/8 months. 18 months in the bottle follow for the refinement phase.
