At Boutique Brands Ltd, we sell food and beverage products, including alcoholic drinks.
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns.
This policy explains when refunds may be issued and does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

1. No Right of Return for Alcohol & Food Products
In accordance with UK food safety and alcohol regulations, all products are non-returnable once dispatched, including:

Unopened bottles
This includes orders placed online by consumers and trade customers.
Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.
2. Refunds for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods
While returns are not accepted, we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit note where products are:

3. No Requirement to Return Alcohol Products
For hygiene and compliance reasons:

Returned alcohol products are not required

We may request disposal of the affected item(s) once evidence has been provided
Any refund or replacement is issued only after verification.
4. Trade / B2B Orders
For approved trade customers:

All sales are final

Refunds or credits are only issued for verified damage, fault, or supply error

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Approved refunds for trade customers are normally issued as credit notes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
Where a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where products are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied as outlined above.
