Produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero from Villa Crespia Winery comes from the company vineyards owned by the Muratori family, on particularly clayey soils and poor in sediments. Here the grapes grow in full respect of nature, according to the concept of sustainability and therefore in an organic regime. After the harvest white vinification and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature take place; This is followed by refinement and maturation on the lees for about 7/8 months, again in steel and finally refermentation on the yeasts in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.
