Villa Crespia Cesonato Franciacorta 75cl - 12.5%

The Franciacorta Saten Cesonato from Villa Crespia Winery comes from Chardonnay grapes in purity, grown in the company vineyards owned by the Muratori family: here the grapes are raised in full respect of nature and sustainability, in an organic way. After the manual harvest white vinification takes place and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The aging requires a stay in steel tanks on the lees for a duration of 5 months and in oak wood for 6/7 months. The refinement, on the other hand, takes place in the bottle for a minimum period of 18 months.
