Muratori Franciacorta DOCG Blanc de Blanc 75cl - 12.5%

Produced in full respect of nature in an organic regime and according to the concept of sustainability, this Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero from Villa Crespia winery comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the Muratori family. The traditional white vinification is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and maturation on the lees for about 7/8 months. Refinement, on the other hand, requires a stay in the bottle for at least 18 months.
