Samuraï Saké
Made from rice, koji and water, sake is the emblematic alcohol of Japanese culture. It is declined in several classes according to the size of the rice grain remaining after polishing.
Samuraï Saké Junmai Daiginjo
Samurai Rice Sake from Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido has a deep flavor and sharp taste from the use of very pure rice grains.
Traditionally, sake is consumed cold, hot, or on ice as the Samurai used to drink it but also with soda and/or lime juice.
Its consumption is recommended for sake-based cocktails, but also with sushi, sashimi, seafood and salmon tartar.
