Palais Constance is made from AOP Côtes de Provence single estate grapes, carefully selected from vines between 20 and 60 years of age on a 400-year-old estate. A perfect match for your seafood dishes, Mediterranean salads, pastas and grilled vegetables. For the best dessert pairings, try peach, apple pies or strawberries.
