Kiyomi Japanese Rum
Kiyomi means "pure beauty" in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, on the island of Okinawa by the Helios Distillery, one of Japan's oldest rum distilleries.
A white rum with an unparalleled aromatic explosion due to the long fermentation of its cane molasses, reminiscent of truffle notes before oxidation.
This rum is a distillate of local sugar cane molasses fermented for 3 weeks, then distilled in a copper pot still. The sugar cane benefits from a mineral-rich soil and a tropical climate, which brings minerality and salinity to this rum.
