Yaguara blended is an organic artisanal blend of 10 month rested cachaça and the Meneghel family recipe of ageing it in European Oak barrels for 5 to 6 years.The result is an refined award winning liquid which aims to take cachaça into the widerc ocktail world and push the boundaries ofBrazils national spirit.
A limited edition version of Yaguara taken from the 2021 harvest at 48% abv. This was the result of the overwhelming requests from bartenders around the world. The untouched cachaça in its purest format as it comes off our beautiful alambique. The liquid retains even more of the flavour and body which Yaguara is known for, making it a wonderful component for cocktail making.

Grand Brulot revives a 200 plus year old french tradition where rich coffee was blended with cognac to create an exquisite tasty drink:the Brulot. Grand Brulot is hand-crafted by the Tardy family on their estate located in the Cognac region of France. Cellar master Christoph Tardy, a fifth-generation Cognac producer, meticulously selects the finest ‘eaux de vie’ to craft a unique VSOP Cognac which is blended with Ecuadorian 100% Robusta coffee beans selected for their concentrated richness. The blend is then aged in French oak barrels to allow the melding of flavour notes over time. This single-estate distillery hand crafts Grand Brulot with intense care and passion.
A complex flavour of rich dark roasted coffee mixed with the aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and honey that come from the cognac profile.

Hinotori means "Phoenix" in Japanese. It is distilled by the small distillery of the same name "Hinotori" which rises from its ashes after a stop of its production. Founded in 1949, it launches for its 70 years this limited vintage.
Made on the island of Honshu, this grain whisky (60% corn, 10% wheat) and malt whisky has been aged in new American white oak barrels for 5 years.
