Hakata No Hana Shochu
Shochu is sometimes called "Japanese vodka", it is however quite different from vodka as we know it.
However, Japan produces vodka in the classical sense of the term and if the number of references remains relatively limited to this day, these are products that deserve to be discovered.

Hakata No Hana No Madoromi - Sweet Potato Shochu
Hakata No Hana No Madoromi is a classic example of traditional Shochu made with 85% sweet potatoes and 15% rice.
A rich Shochu, full of undergrowth aromas, velvety on the palate and slightly sweet on the finish. Just delicious.
