Produced with 100% Sangiovese, whose grapes are carefully and directly selected in the vineyard giving it a modern and fascinating expression. It is aged for at least 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks and about 12 months in bottle before release.
Endowed with elegance and finesse, roundness and balance, it has very complex and intense aromas, fruity and at the same time spicy.
It is certainly a meditation wine which goes very well with all meat dishes, important first courses and many aged cheeses.

Obtained with 100% Sangiovese, it is the wine that best expresses all the peculiarities of Cinciano’s many terroirs. After a double distillation, the alc. vol is reduced to 40°.

What would the wealthy Venetian merchants of the the 18th century have created to serve at their lavish masked balls…

Our answer is Cadello.

Cadello 88

Cadello is made from 8 ingredients from Italy and from places along the Old Silk Route.

Our master distillers in Italy select the highest quality sources for each ingredient and then infuses each of them separately for the appropriate amount of time.

‍

Once the infusion process is complete, each ingredient is individually distilled.

‍

The ingredients are then carefully blended and aged in French oak barrels.

‍

Cadello’s long finish unveils flavours of coffee, chocolate, cocoa, star anise and vanilla, with hints of hazelnut, mint, caramel and toffee.
