Rubis Blanc has been created by two friends sharing the love of craft spirits. French "Pure Malt" produced exclusively from barley harvested and malted in the Rozelieures region, by the distiller, for a unique control of each stage of its creation. One of a kind.
After a double distillation, the alc. vol is reduced to 40°.
Tasting notes: Nice fat. The aromas of lightly roasted cereal are expressed with fresh and elegant vegetal notes. The finish draws a beautiful length marked by great delicacy and remarkable sweetness. Absolutely transparency at the aye with a delicate bouquet of fruit and grain on the nose.
The range of products bottled in alcohol by Toschi now extends to an excellent product much used in Italian patisserie: classic baby babas with rum or Lemoncello. Excellent accompanied by crème Chantilly, custard or zabaglione. Serve with coffee, hot chocolate or use as a garnish for ice-cream.
Vignola cherries met alcohol in 1945, when the Toschi brothers got the idea of bringing a traditional local product to the Italian and international market.

A limited edition version of Yaguara taken from the 2021 harvest at 48% abv. This was the result of the overwhelming requests from bartenders around the world. The untouched cachaça in its purest format as it comes off our beautiful alambique. The liquid retains even more of the flavour and body which Yaguara is known for, making it a wonderful component for cocktail making.

Sette Vie exlcusively sources its canteloupes from Italy, using a unique, centuries-old technique, the melons are distilled with a hint of lemon. Melon is then mixed with natural spring water from Abruzzo to create a fruity and floral liquer to be enjoyed as aperitif or as an after dinner.

Grand Brulot revives a 200 plus year old french tradition where rich coffee was blended with cognac to create an exquisite tasty drink:the Brulot. Grand Brulot is hand-crafted by the Tardy family on their estate located in the Cognac region of France. Cellar master Christoph Tardy, a fifth-generation Cognac producer, meticulously selects the finest ‘eaux de vie’ to craft a unique VSOP Cognac which is blended with Ecuadorian 100% Robusta coffee beans selected for their concentrated richness. The blend is then aged in French oak barrels to allow the melding of flavour notes over time. This single-estate distillery hand crafts Grand Brulot with intense care and passion.

We craft Vermò using only Italian white wine, always with a percentage of Chardonnay, which combined with low sugar content and a selection of 31 botanicals provides its unique character. The spices are selected to create a perfectly balanced vermouth - fresh, spicy and citric, with a flawless harmony of sweet and bitter. Vermò was born from a dream between two friends and their will to bring vermouth back to the place it deserves as the king of the aperitivo. The "Mò" originates from a distinctive Roman expression that means "now"; a call to enjoy every single moment to the fullest. Ruby and Amber colour, citrus aromas on the nose, fresh mint and sage. On the palate citrus and herbal notes are perfectly balanced with bitter sweet aromas. Pleasant fresh and spicy end of ginger and pepper.
