Gin Monsieur is made from a blend of carefully selected herbs and spices. The distilling and infusion processes create the characteristic amber colour. The secret recipe is the result of ancient knowledge of the herbal arts, lengthy research for the perfect balance of ingredients, and a dash of creativity.

Made from a blend of distillates and infusions, Gin à la Madame releases intense floral and herb aromas softening the power of the juniper berries. Pleasantly warm and aromatic on the palate, its captivating resiny and floral notes give it a very elegant personality.

CROCODILE 70cl – 45 % Abv

It is a fresh and forthright gin packed with intense juniper and citrus aromas, complemented by delicate hints of coriander, elderflower and Jamaican peppercorn. Full on the palate, it is gently softened by notes of vanilla and other exotic spices.

It is a living, constantly evolving product. It boasts a lovely amber hue and a complex bouquet of flowers, ripe fruit and spices such as vanilla, cloves and mace. Its subtle mouthfeel on the palate is in perfect balance with the sweetness, the refreshing citrus and cinnamon notes, and the delicate cinchona and  gentian finish.

VERMOUTH TORINO ROSSO 75cl – 18 % Abv

Aged in wooden barrels for several months this Vermouth is crafted from a Nebbiolo base wine. Balsamic and mentholated notes, accompany aromas of wormwood, bitter orange and spices. Soft and full on the palate, with a perfect balance between the alcohol and the sugar, interlaced with pleasantly bitter and smooth rhubarb notes.

The intense garnet-coloured vermouth discloses notes from the Barbera, a generous Piedmontese red rape variety used for the base wine, and a secret mixture of spices. It possesses fresh, spicy notes of orange and coriander along with elegant vanilla overtones. The gently bitter addition of the cinchona closes the circle, creating balance and immediate drinking pleasure.

Del Professore Vermouth di Torino Superiore has a prestigious Barolo wine as its base. The structure, the subtle aromas and the elegant imprint of the tannins are complemented by the complexity of natural spices. A double maturation in oak barrels completes the crafting of this unique and distinctive product.

Representing excellence in the world of Vermouth, this is an unusual marriage between the well-known Scottish spirit and Vermouth Classico Del Professore, ageing for over 18 months in whisky barrels. Vermouth Classico Del Professore is left to age for  several months in barrels previously used to store fine Jamaican rum, acquiring the typical aromas of the caribbean spirit. To obtain its fine flavour, we treat Bitter Del Professore ingredients with the greatest care. Along with juniper, cinnamon and other spice aromas, the typical flavours that emerge on the palate include citrus, cascarilla, rhubarb and gentian. Its surprising ruby red hue is entirely natural.
